Terms of Service

These terms describe use of the Android and iOS apps and web service provided by Campus Couple (the “Operator”).

1. Eligibility and accounts

• Campus Couple introduces university students and graduates. To register, sign in with Kakao, Google, or Apple and create a profile.
• The service is for adults. Your birth year must give an age of 19–30 when subtracted from the current calendar year in Korea. We do not provide a separate identity or adult verification process that checks your birthday.
• University affiliation is verified by university email or documents. Completing your profile allows a preview of candidates before verification; viewing match cards, coffee invitations, and chat require university verification.
• Do not use another person's account or university information as your own. See our Privacy Policy for account identification and handling of registration information.

2. Matching and Coffee Beans

• The service provides match cards based on profiles and usage status. New cards may not be available if no candidate meets the criteria.
• You can earn Coffee Beans and use them for extra matches, coffee invitations, and other features. Required amounts are shown on each feature's screen. Earnings, spending, returns, and deductions are explained with the amount and a publicly shareable reason.
• A chat opens when a coffee invitation is accepted or both people invite each other. If an invitation expires without acceptance, all or half of the Beans spent are returned depending on whether the recipient viewed it.

3. Conversations and member content

• Chat is provided between two connected members. Your profile, voice greeting, messages, and photos are displayed or delivered to the other person using that feature.
• Chat photos follow the feature's conditions and viewing period. Ended chats are kept for 30 days after ending, then removed. See our Privacy Policy for details.
• Do not impersonate others or send abusive, degrading, sexually harassing, spam, advertising, or other harmful content. Child sexual abuse and exploitation and related content are prohibited. See our Child Safety Standards for details.

4. Reports and restrictions

You can report a member from match details or a chat. The Operator reviews reports and may restrict accounts when necessary. If you cannot access the app, contact Support.

5. Account deletion and re-registration

• You must end all active chats before deleting your account. Delete it in Settings → Account settings, or request account and data deletion by email outside the app.
• Re-registration with the same email or device identifier is restricted for three weeks after deletion. Some identification records remain to enforce this restriction and prevent repeated free rewards.
